1 1/2 - 2 pounds White American cheese, grated 1 to 1 1/2 cup Milk 1 to 2 cans (4.5 oz.) chopped green chiles (Old El Paso is what I use) Warm the milk until bubbles start to form around the edge on the pot. Add the cheese a little at a time and stir until melted, continue until all the cheese is used. Add the green chilies and stir well. Serve with Hard taco shells or tortilla chips. Yummy!!!
